Cattleya!

So yesterday, while we were stalking the Umi Usagi chair for the amazing outfit Elusyve showed, Eden’s like have you heard of Cattleya? The name sounded familiar, I thought it was the hair place she had blogged a few days ago…duh. Soo not.!

Cattleya is a gorgeous little store, choc full of beautiful dresses. The full price ones are ridiculously cheap, but the are also 5 lucky boards FTW, and a whole wall of freebies. I recognised the name as they have some outfits at Fujiyama’s Geisha Freebie Store, check out that post here.

The dresses shown here are from the freebie wall and from the lucky boards. One was on A when I landed, and then it just snowballed!!

You’ll find all sorts of styles here, as well as some super cute separates.

I’ve shown a couple of the new hairs from Dejavu, not free but gorgeous, once I could get them to fit my head. Which brings me to my next question. If you make hair, and demo small, medium and large sizes, why not sell those also? It totally confuses me and I’d love to know the answer from all you amazing hair makers out there! Ash Out.

Lewis Carroll is by far my most favorite writer of verse, child stories. It’s so imaginative, colorful, crazy, barbaric, dark & often dreamlike.

Anyway, when my great friend Wednesday Soon of Woo’s mentioned about the anniversary Alice dresses at Dreaming Alice, I went galumphing on over!

First up the Pure Alice dress… the traditional Alice!

Wednesday Soon – Woo’s has just released some gorgeous & very well detailed mega bangles which she kindly dropped me. They are size adjustable, come in silver and gold versions for both forearms! ❤ them

HPMD new sim Open!

Happy Mood have done the most amazing build I’ve seen in a long time, It kind of feels like a Gulliver meets Swiss Family Robinson meets Peter Pan! It’s lovely and I thoroughly recommend anyone visiting.. here you can dream of those wonderful, fantastical things that this place evokes!

Along with this impressive build comes an array of new products including a very cute beagle avatar, those pretty little birds & bunnies that make you melt ❤

They also have a multi posed wooden rocking horse up for CSR Summer 2008 which I’m sitting on here!

There is a hunt on for this gorgeous star dress which comes with a pretty transparent layer of stars that lights this cute outfit perfectly!

I love the necklace that comes with this too, it’s quite unusual.. like small moons, the star socks & underwear layers are so cute too ^^

I just also have to say that I cannot take off this Gisele Sia hair, it comes with & without the antique pearls/roses… I’m excited by what this new designer Pecorine Vita might come up with next, as this is right up my alley in terms of beauty and sumptuous style <333

Also, I love the quality of these shoes from R2, to find a pair of high quality sculpty shoes for under $100 in SL is quite a task, but these fit the bill and are great if you want high quality on a budget (they include a high shine version and an ordinary!).

Not sure how long this hunt item will be in the shop, so hurry over and get hunting!!

Sometimes I hate Fashcon, sometimes I love it. This is one of the lurve times! I was so excited when I got a notice saying Peppermint Blue had a new freebie release.I hadn’t been there in months and it was nice to be reminded!! After wading through lag at the Shoe Expo, I thought, why not do it all again at the Swimwear & Lingerie Expo!!!!! There are some srlsy smexy designs there ladies, and quite alot for you bois too. And holy crap, the freebies!! The partaking designers have been generosity plus, and I staggered home with an inv stuffed full of goodies! I have labeled each pic with the corresponding designer, as you can see, there were a million and 2! The slurl will take you to a central landing spot, then it’s up to you to wander round and find the shtuffs.

Back to work for me now bleh. Oh and McHottison, I see you glued to the screen staring at my pics, STOP IT NOW, kthnxbai 😉

It’s no mystery to anyone that knows me well, that I love bright colored, cute and fun clothing too!

I did a double take when I stumbled upon Utsuku City, a place that’s full to bursting with venues where you can camp for items, including edge grafica (previously blogged on free*style).

There is a cute shop called AMIPuu with a gorgeous build where you can sit on your jacksy for 10 minutes to win an item. While I was doing my usual mundane rl stuff I did so and won this pretty Ami skin, helmet & hair, umbrella (with cute animation), bag, shoes & some cute leggings which I unfortunately forgot to show!

The skin is so cute, such a fresh complexion with gentle rosey cheeks, the eyebrows are very well done, to compliment the pretty skin I camped just 15 minutes for these pretty anime style blue eyes at Omeme. This funky chunky beaded choker by Wednesday Soon of [Woo’s] (not yet released), lurvely group gift denim shorts from Cupcakes (Now $250 to join, but, if you see the quality of what mimi Coral has given so generously in the past I can only imagine what’s coming!)& the Nylon Outfitters stripey skull sweater freebie goes perfectly with this ensemble!

You can see for yourself the wonderful details on the accessories and the cuuuutest teddy bears on the bag! They are a pinch for sitting down doing nada for 10 minutes!

I loves hunts like woa! The Piece Of Candy hunt is dead easy, and the prizes are kyoooot! As soon as I saw the first outfit, I knew exactly how I wanted to wear it!

Also another good excuse to drag out my fave hair from CreamShop, it’s not free but comes with 4 different options in the pack, so well worth it!
Next up is a super sweet outfit from ITSF. The skirt comes in two colours, gotta love options!

I was just wandering a sim when I came across this store, and what a nice surprise it was!

I’m also happy to bring you an outfit from a relatively new designer. Jennylynn Capalini owns the Peeps store. I was lucky enough to meet her and have a chat, she’s lovely and put up with my inane questions very patiently lol. I was totally devoid of caffeine at the time XD! She has a freebie wall in her store that she plans to add to weekly. The top and skirt are just two examples of what you can find there.

And last, a couple of dresses I found thanks to a tip in the comments. I think it was from Eden (will go back and check!) *Edit: It was Eden Knoller who left me the tip…thankyooo Eden! There are four yummy dresses to be had from Fumi.

Ooodles Of Kyoooot!

I’ve had the first dress in my poor heaving inventory for a bit. So much so I didn’t know if it was still an L. Off to the store Ash goes (insert emo tear for me having another excuse to shop lol).

When I got there I found that the gorgeousness was indeed still on sale…double woot!!! I also found 3 other dresses that deserve an honorable mention even though they are 30L each.

Look at the amazing detail and textures……. *sighs* These are mixed in with the full priced dresses, so hover your mouse over them till you find the cheaper ones.

I’m not sure how long they will be on *special* for, so if these frilly lovelies are your thing, best to get over there asap!
