By all good things I mean my long weekend. By come to an end I mean I had to drag myself into work today like a dead weight. I must be coming down from a sugar high or somesuch!

Tuli sent out a truly stunning skin to her group today, although it came with a sobering message. Named “Faith” as it’s something we could all use, and can never have too much of. My thoughts are with Tuli and her family, lets all send her some good vibes and positive energy 🙂 The skin has beautiful painted lashes, luscious lips and comes in three tones, so y’all are catered for 😛

A new store is something I always get excited about. Kayla Radikal sent me a card letting me know about a lucky chair at Grim Kitteh. While I wasn’t lucky enough to win the skirt, I did this super cute outfit for joining the subscribo. Have you all had a fabulous Easter so far? I’ve had an absolute ball catching up with people I usually only get to see fleetingly due to timezones.

I have some beautiful things to show you. First is this subscribo gift from Trap. The “Koi” tattoo is designed to go with the infamous skins of the same name, I own the Rose, but I thought I’d show off the art work on a plain skin, no other tatts. You can see the progress on Selos’s blog, as well as a really gorgeous full sized shot.

The next outfits are an Easter gift from LeLutka. You get the pants, several belt versions and 4 colours of the shirt. And ssshhh, look closely. There’s a sneak peek of an upcoming release from Dare Designs. The shoes are called “Mistress’ and they are the awesome. Stay tuned for a release date.

So I’ve been crazy busy getting ready for Easter Sunday, eggs to be hidden from prying eyes/hands, before I can hop round pretending to be the Easter bunny and well hide them all again!! Also I’ve been having a crazy creative streak, and when that happens, I can’t think of or do anything else. You can see some of the stuff I’ve been working on here, alot of it’s nude content though, so if boobs offend don’t look!

First up, this lovely, warm and cozy dress from the Lunas Boutique group. It’s starting to get colder over here, and I find I’m wanting to dress my av in warmer clothes, (when I’m not nakies :P) Although the pieces appear to be no mod, there’s a resize script, perfect from prim phobes like myself!

Here we have the weekly dollarbie from Concrete Flowers in the form of this super cute skirt. Paired with a dollarbie shirt from Fairytail. Check out my skin!! My friend Evangeline Schism from SchismPhrenic has been hard at work again, and you can get this skin free with any purchase from her.

Looky looky! Thanks to a tip from the chatbox, off I went to KA Designs. I was rewarded with a complete “Kate” from Lost avatar. There’s a boys set too, you get everything you need except hair!!

Remember the hawtness from Dare Designs I showed you? The Enforcer set is now out in the main store, and the pink colour shown here is the lucky chair exclusive! But that’s not all! Dare sent out the red mask set to the group. The mask set contains 2 versions of the gas mask, and the hat, so you can pair it with your own fetish wear. Moar hunts and such

With Mini Ash being on the mend (read running round like a lunatic trying to kill hug the cat) I had some time yesterday to do stuff.

My favie store Axel is having a hooooooooge sale. Everything is 50-75% off. There’s also 2 dollarbies to be had, the gold dress shown here is one of them. Your old LM’s won’t work so please use the slurl at the bottom of this post.

Then I found out about a hunt at Miasofia. Cue bloodcurdling scream for the lack of group notices (ps LL sort that out soon pls kthnx) You’re looking for fried eggs, theyre not hidden at all, the idea being for you to explore the new build. I also won twice on the lucky chairs while I was there, this dress from Lurvebite is one of my winnings!! Also made me realise I have some kind of bug going on when taking pictures of items with glow in them. Anyone else having glow issues or is it something *special* reserved just for me?! I also won a gorgeous “Romance Room” from the Miasnow lucky chair, which I left on Sasy’s beach, bah!

This gorgy chocolate dress is one of the Lurvebite gifts. It comes with a choice of 3 skirts and all sorts of layers, yay!!

OMG. Is this not the cutest skin in the whole of fucking SL? This is prize number one from Miasnow. It’s different from the original Hunny skins, especially around the mouth and nose, I love the changes! I’m hoping for a new line of these *bats eyelashes* 😛 On another note, for this post I used the VR Foundry pose HUD and library (after getting yelled at by Sasybum for not having an updated product!!) I’m not good with technical shit, but Sas has an awesome video of the front page of her blog, outlining how to use the pose stand, HUD and HUD library. I was moaning about not being good at location pics, and also the rezing of poseballs and such is an issue. Not anymore! Once you get the hang of using it, it’ll revolutionize your photo taking, srsly. Ash Out.

Midnight Mania And A Little Something Called Harry

Midnight Mania is relatively new in SL but is proving to be be terribly popular among store owners and shoppers alike. I have found so many new stores because of their MM board (read spent 40,000L in the last week alone oy)

The amazing corset piercing pictured came from a tip in our chatbox from a mysterious anon, as did the skin. Both are breathtaking, and I was so stoked with my new piercing, I kidnapped a wicked pair of boots while I was at Brimstone Creations that went perfectly with an outfit I was about to photo (more on that in a bit). The skin, oh wow, I love the eyeshadow. Doux Petite Dahl is a new to me store, and they have some breathtaking skins at stupidly affordable prices as well as some yummy clothes. I didn’t have time to look round properly but I will be back!! (Sounded kinda ominous huh:P)

This landed in my inv a couple of days ago, and resulted in much squeeing in Dare monroes IM box. Apparently the outfit actually begun it’s SL as just a skirt, and then as is often the case morphed into something else entirely! As with all outfits from Dare Designs, you get 657988780o options, pieces and ways to wear it. The boots are the ones I mentioned from Brimstone Creations, not free, but they were so perfect I had to have them. Check out my skin dammit! Meet Harry, the gorgeously freckled beautifully scarred new skin from Imagen. Only available at the Harold location, and totes not free. I hadn’t been there in ages, and was actually looking for an outfit I saw on Welma’s blog, but ended up with this instead. Pretty smexy no? The sunnies are part of an outfit from Lunas Boutique, not free, but there was a sale on last I heard. Don’t quote me, I’m running so behind on everything, if I died tomorrow, I probably wouldn’nt turn up to my funeral till next year XD. Ash Out.

I don’t remember if I bought them, or if they are an old gift. Whutevs, they’re my faves!!

3am, all was not well in the Tomsen household, mainly due to my super loud boinking neighbours, who not only woke me up, but Mini Ash too, grrr. And the grid was broked too, awesome. So I was moaning on Plurk about my Sasybum being MIA and me missing her terribly. Well I found out last night there’s a terribly good reason for her not hanging out. Shoes. Awesome sauce ballet flats to be precise. Sasy has a new project on the go, named “Flair”.

I haven’t done an artsy farsty picture for ages, and rarely do them for the blog as I’m petrified of over processing and not showing the clothes off properly. But, one of my amazing new skins from Miasnow was screaming for some special treatment!

This incredible dress I won from the Haute Couture lucky chair this morning. It is just stunning, and I totally felt all regal when I put it on. There’s 3 outfits in the chair that I saw, and the time between letters is only 5 minutes. I won 2 dresses in no time at all! The Cleo hair from Inorite just seemed to fit perfectly with the look I was going for, not free, but tell me it isn’t the shiz!! The gorgy crown is seperate, so it can be worn with other hair, but why would you wanna?!

So far this week has blown bucketloads. It must be a full moon over here, it really does bring the crazies out, all of whom seem to want to talk to me during RL work. I have felt the urge several times to headbutt my desk while chanting over and over “go away”. Unfortunately there is no reasoning with the insanity that is my job, so I’ll have to content myself with plotting the death of the IT dick who created our website instead…..satisfying 😛

Thank god for pretty clothes from one of my favie designers. Project Kiwi is a store I’ve blogged a couple of times and have really enjoyed seeing the newness from there. This gorgeous denim number is a linden for a limited time. You’ll find it at the main store with the new releases. Other colours are available for full price too, if green ain’t your thang and such. I’ve shown it with a necklace from Shiny Things, that is a part of a set, not free, but very versatile due to the nifty gem change script.

These shirts are also a linden from Project Kiwi, again only for a limited time. The jeans! A new store Miasma has these in the fortune teller. You can never have enough jeans in your inv, srsly!
